Prometheus

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.
Welcome to the big screen with director Ridley Scott and his 2012 theatrical jewel. Prometheus sends you to the moon far off in space in the year 2089. As the crew searches for what could be the source of our beginning on earth. Not to long after their arrival things begin happen that can not be explained and questions begin arise.
This gripping action tale is full of action and keeps you guessing. There are also allot of gruesome scenes and images making this a feature suited for an older audience. This movie was fantastically done with only the problem that the trailers did give away some of the material but not in just a bad way. The revealing trailers made it easier to understand what was happening but also through you for a loop at times. This movie is ultimately a prequel to the alien franchise but don’t let that fact make you think you know what it entails.
As said before I found this movie not suitable for all ages so parents leave the young ones at home. This was a great movie and props to Ridley Scott on this film and to all the crew as well. I foresee this movie doing quite well in theaters but probably better on disks when all the kids that didn’t see it finally do.
